Having sold my 3 door RS Cosworth 3 months ago to replace with a TVR Griffith. Somehow I have ended up with this and very happy to have done so. Always new I would own one someday. A big thanks to Duncan for his invaluable help and advice and also Damion the seller, for being so accommadating, even delivering it!

Some pics to introduce V24REN 36k miler.
Goodbye Cossie, Hello Vee. Happy Days!

Welcome Mrk. Lovely cossie you had there - I'd have been tempted to keep it. One sold at silverstone auctions last week for high 20s. :approve: :welcome:

Congrats good choice :) Ive owned both cars , and as much as I love the v6 I wouldn't think twice about a mint three door cosworth as a replacement :salut:

Thanks for all the comments guys. Probably have sold the cossie a little soon, but went out today for my first real drive in the vee and came back with a big smile. Was a little surprised at just how much fun they are to drive when you open them up. Will probably own it a couple of years, spend hours (and loads of money) getting it perfect then sell it for the next custodian to cherish. Thats what owning all these different cars is surely about?

I like your outlook and use of the word custodian ... Whilst it's great to use a car as if your the only person ever to own it, it is also rewarding look my after one in such a way that you can pass it onto the next owner knowing you have been a part of it's history as much as it has been a part of yours ... Not many cars are worthy of this but a Cossie and a Vee surely are ...

I was proud to own my Vee and am sure it is bringing happiness to its current owner - I certainly looked after it and not just for my benefit ...

Welcome to the club too :approve:
