Has anyone done a guide to this? Ive checked the KB but its only briefly mentioned under front bumper removal

Planning to get the wheels off and start detailing the arches up now its SORN again, and would like to remove them completely for a thourough clean..

any help much appreciated guys! :approve:

Colin, I've never removed the inner arches but looking at page 15, manuals they appear to be held in with just 'push in fasteners'.
Don't forget to get some photos of the detail ;)

 cheers phil, huge help! Looks like 8 clips in total, usually the kind that snap after being removed! :(

Ill get it jacked up tonight and have a look, do you think halfords will sell trim removal tools?

Hi Colin.

I went in to halfords over the weekend looking for removal tools and they didn't have any! Was quire surprised to be honest. If you break any look on eBay. You can get bags of 20 or more for same price as Renault sell 1 for.

Wheel off tonight and had a quick look, seems to be pretty straightforwards!

It's really highlighted the fact that I need new discs up front though, they look awful! Now do I go APEC?

Quick pic so far without removing the liner...

Need to order up some proper dressing stuff and also some kind of degreaser for the suspension components although its generally in very clean condition anyways.

I got 5L of Meguires APC ( all purpose cleaner ) on offer and it worked on the engine bay a treat :approve:

Another I was highly recommended is the 'aerospace 303' for the plastics, works brilliant but yet to see it's durability.
