grade of oil for gearbox for phase 1

hi can anyone tell what grade is the gearbox oil for phase 1 v6 is elf the best to use thanks

5W 40 Elf Excelium as stated in the handbook...

I use fully synthetic Shell Helix 5W 30 though....
