What are you up to MAX? Why the ratios? What news on your car? Mike's is nearly ready, would be good to catch up.......

Tim

James thanks for that - exactly what I was looking for.

Tim,
car is finally going in for ecu next week. Engine out, new loom then off to dyno in Harlow. Should be about 4 weeks or so then I'll have the car back.

New throttle body (cable driven), decatt + heat wrapping, some other inlet modifications (don't know what they are!).

The gear ratio info is for the Digidash which uses it and speed sensor to give selected gear indication. Decided to replace the OEM dash with something else that will be better from an instrumentation etc point of view.

What else; well full set of plastic windows are going on the car (slider panels for the front windows) - so more weight saved. Picked up a Trophy splitter from Scott which I'm hoping will help keep the front end down at speed.

Still toying with a switchable defeat for the steering PAS but that's going to take a bit longer to sort.

In theory! I may actually get the car back this year and even get to drive it - bit of a shame that summer seems to of ended today though :-)

Glad to hear things are moving forward. Sounds like some serious work being done. Look forward to seeing it when it's ready...........

sorry to bring this old post back from the dead but I was wondering if anyone could show me a picture of the gear layout (as in a picture of the gearknob)? :)
