I have been doing abit of reminiscing recently about my time in vee ownership.
As most of the longer term members will remember I owned #295 form Feb 07 - Aug 09
I never ever thought a car could have such an impact on my life!
I have sooo many fond memories & have met some amazing people who I keep in contact to this day even though I no longer own a vee.

Sadly 2 years ago this week we heard about the tragic passing of Nick Kellerman who was involved in an RTA in #295 [smilie=icon_cry.gif]
Thought I would post a few of my fav pic's to celebrate the memory of a truly special car & a very fine fellow :salut:

Would be nice if you have any pic's of #295 to post them in this thread as a tribute to both Nick & #295

Absolutely awesome mate, whilst I've still not seen an acid in the metal, it's definately super striking and I hope another one comes along with your name on it :approve:

Also RIP nick, sad times indeed :(

Great pics, fond memories Chris. The teared pic at the slate mine, of yours, Mossys and my BG is one of my fav pics of all the meeting pictures ever. Great times indeed. You have to get another dude! 8)

My thoughts go out to all of Nicks family and Zoe. I hope they're all well, and taking a small amount of comfort in his memory living on, here, at this little club.

:salut:

Echo what you have said here Shaun. I drive past where the tragic accident happened on my way home from work and I think of Nick every time.

I sadly never met him, but used to see him driving #295 every now and then.

RIP.

Nice memories indeed, thanks for posting Chris, and a fitting tribute to Nick

Hard to believe it's been 5 years!

Still get I lump in my throat when I think about Nick & his family, such a tragic set of circumstances.

RIP Nick, gone but never forgotten! :salut:

:( Chris bough this off me many many years ago - it was my pride & joy at the time- I even delivered it to leeds !!

The images still live on - on the internet & the flyer of cliosport with the pic @ FCS 2005 lined up on the tarmac with Karlos Fandangos V6 !

I purchased it for 20k from Masters of Shirley....

It was the first car show I had ever been to - other than visiting Bromley car pagent.

I believe Martin went ( or the year after to WSR ) & a few others.... LV02 BOV - Mark & the guy that made the forum ClioV6ownersclub.com

Great car that Steve, I remember meeting you ... and yes that WSR event sticks in my memory as my first, and of course attended many subsequent meets and had great times with Chris as the owner of the Acid before he sold it ... I remember him recounting the delivery of it  certainly the demise of the car and loss of Nick was sad for sure :(
