Description

Not a car but a motorbike.

This is my sisters bike, shes wanting rid as it just sits doing not a lot, she used to ride it to work but due to traffic and roadworks the car is used instead. Occasionally it gets taken a few miles on a weekend.

This bike is what a lot of places train you for your CBT on. It has a gear selected indicator on the speedo which is helpful for learners.

The bike has 1926 KM (not miles KM) from new on it, the bikes first mot is due around April 2010, its not done a lot of miles so is like a new bike. Its 2 and a half years old, my sister is the 2nd owner, her friend owned it for a few months till he passed his big bike test then he got a Firebird.

Theres a few scrapes on it here and there but nothing terrible, the exhaust has marks on it from where her work trousers melted onto it!

Anyway its taxed till next april, runs fine, starts first time, need to use the kick as it sits for so long but after its ran for an hour starts off the electric start no bother. The indicator beeper has been muffled so it doesn't sound like a fog horn.

Looking for around £600, its worth that and thats a lot less than we paid for it.

Depends when you got your licence baz, you might be covered to drive that on your full licence

Baz you'll be covered mate thanks to your advancing years.

15 quid for a years road tax, insurance for emma was 64 quid fully comp, fill the tank from empty is about 8 quid lasts for ages.

Biggest issue for me is its way to slow and small, my legs cramp up on the thing and the fact I'm like a barn door on it means I can only get about 60 out of it.

i had a similar machine when i was 18, a CZ125. Was bigger uglier and i ruined it trying to skim the head. sold it on for £60.

Was big fun back then, went everywhere thinking i was james dean, even in the pissing rain i still loved it. Remember how shit scared i was on an A road at night in the winter
