good to see you being a pro Nas and warming tyres/transmission etc before starting your fast laps!

to be serious, I know that wall is very daunting.

Captain Slow is my name and driving a V6 on a track is certainly not my game! Seriously it was to be expected and the gameplan was to run in fourth gear only, do my own pace, and obviously its different with firstly a helmet (new out of the box! never worn one ever except for fitment!), dont know the track layout, with proper racers around me, and as we discovered I was also learning throttle control, brake distances, apexes, holding the steering wheel with two hands. I was nervous and excited at the same time before we started but ultimately got around in one piece and I would have regretted not doing it. At least now at Mas Du Clos I will be more aware of the dangers and pitfalls of track driving and no doubt like anything in life the first step is the most important one and after that its a step by step progression.
Riding shotgun with David was awesome. I was loving the powerslides although that first one was almost the last one!!
Mark dont worry I can take stick as long as its humourous and not personal ;) After all I am a West Ham supporter ;)
See you Friday mate AND bring on MAS DU CLOS  :race:
