They can be cleaned haha!

Noticed a bit of corrosion on the rear alloys, just looks pretty faded but they are still ok considering they are 9 years old and covered 45k miles.

They are by no means perfect but it was just a quick wash while the weather was nice.

As Steve says absolutely filthy. The weather in Aberdeen has been horrible combined with newish pads made them horrid.

Hi

Rentech have sorted the engine and gearbox so now for wheel refurb. I have the original alloys (phase 2 car) but don't seem to have anything written on them. I believe they are OZ but can anyone give me the full spec (ie size, width etc) and original colour (ie what type of silver?), which I want to stick with. The bolts on the front alloys are deeply recessed but back ones are not. The car is great to drive so I use it regularly - it won't ever see the inside of a garage I am afraid but it is the first car I have felt like cleaning and waxing regularly!

I actually surprised myself 1) with actually washing the car properly and 2) how clean they came up. There's something funky going on with the colour in the picture, think it's the reflection of the grass on the alloy.
