Euro & UK design rules compliance details needed

guys , wondering if anyone can steer me in the right directionto find out which rules the V6 complies with , where the compliance with the rules evidence can be found , whether its on the complaince plate on the car etc and so on .

as i understand it , cars in uk must comply with various design standards / crash tests etc , either euro or uk and therefore the V6 must comply with some or all of them . i need to find out as we have strict local rules in Oz and i need to compare them to euro / uk rules that the V6 complies with .

James is prob the guy to ask here... but if I recall correctly, no crash tests were required due to the numbers produced..

Other people have imported v6's into Australia, so surely it cant be an issue?

As I understand it, all Clio V6s imported into Oz are private imports. Gavin would be the man to get more substantial information.

the local cars [ only 3 or 4 i think , including mine ] are all private imports which is the [ relatively ] easy way . to get one complied is a different story and needs proof of compliance with euro / uk standards which is what i need at the mo .
