Engine management light

Came on the other day

but car is running absolutly normal?

cant get to renault till saturday to see what it is?

anybody any clues of things i can check myself?

mines now gone off on its own accord.

A wee bit off topic but my v6 MPV had the light on for most of the summer. The day before I booked it in to be dealt with, it went off.
