engine cover, not removable bits

Hi Everyone

I live in Holbrook in Suffolk and drive a MK2.

I would like to get some replacement parts, I am looking for the Engine cover bits, not the 2 covers that are removed to check the oil, but all the other parts, hope that makes sense, any good ideas where to look or if anyone knows of a company that makes after market parts.

Hi Woody,

Looch (fibre glass) and Bill.Patchall (Carbon Fibre) have fabricated after-market peripheral covers. Can't think of any soft like-for-like alternative. Needless to say OEM ones cost a king's randsome... if they're still available.

Renparts are a waist of space I need one of these parts and they say they haven't broke a v6 for around 2 years but just keep listing the one on eBay because it looks good on there advert , I'm in need of a p/s part for a ph1 , good luck on your search

Try giving Carbon Delight a call as they have all the moulds for rear covers. But IIRC they are moulds off a Ph2 so Ph1 owners might have to buy a full set.
