DM's sticking in outbox

Trying to send a DM and its sticking in the outbox and not sending... any idea why?

I think it sits in Outbox until the recipient opens it? I could be wrong, but I'm fairly sure that's the behaviour.

Yes, plus unpaid members cannot access their messages - so it’s not always apathy.
