Difference in phase 1 and 1 subframe

Hi guys not to sure if this is in the right section, but here go's, can any one tell what changed between the rear subframe and suspension on both model's and if I was to put a phase 1 up to a phase 2 spec, what would I need to change to do this, Ive been told that the drive is totally different on phase 2 to the one, and much safer, can any one tell what would need changing, thanks
