Taking the wife away this weekend for the Christmas present, I just called the hotel to find out if there is going to be space in the car park so I don't have to use public parking.... AND "are there any speed bumps.... Is it just me who does this? I sat there after asking myself if im weird......... :s

ha ha, can take the civic but its boring to drive.... they've said they will let me park in the LARGE bays in the secure staff car park lol

I once phoned up a cinema to check to see if it had Vee friendly access to their car park.
(to qualify this was a cinema that we were travelling 100 miles to go to for a special screening, not a local one).
They couldn't guarantee it so I took my other car, only to find that it would indeed have been Vee friendly, so was disappointed that I didn't take the Vee.

Edited to add: I don't need to ask myself if I'm a weirdo, worked that out ages ago...........

I have been known to re book my MOT if it's raining on the day.
I always phone and check parking arangements if it's an overnight stay.
