Deleting pictures

Why when I look at pics i've uploaded can only a few of them be deleted when I click on the moderate option? normally I only comes up with the edit option in which case how do I delete?

I know the most recent album was set up in a hurry (Origine RS) it had the option to allow deletion. I have now also set the delete permission to v6 bucket album. For club members to delete their pics.
