Part number and a supplier....I tried Renault parts but it's listing only for a phase2....no sure if they use the same one....thanks for the replys

I’m 95% sure they are the same part. The gearbox casing is the same and use the better ph1 flywheel on the ph2 too.

I can't find any one who has one.....tried the usual Renault places but they say the don't stock these anymore...any one know of any places that might have one.....thanks

They look right, I've bought an eBay one as a spare for mine just in case...for twelve quid it's worth a shot.

just tested my crank sensor.....im not too clued up on electrics but its reading 396 ohms is that a normal reading?

The crankshaft position sensor for both Ph1 and Ph2 is 6025403357. The resistance is 400 Ohm.

More easily to find however is Renault 9632889780 /9634049880 because it was more widely used including Citroën/Peugeot 1920.8S
You may be wondering what is the difference then. 6025403357 is specifically for Avantime and Clio. As I mentioned the above more widely used including Citroën/Peugeot because of which side the bracket is found however I find this is not issue because the loom harness is flexible in Clio.

Pin 1 is the output and Pin 2 is is the ground.

If you decide on Renault 9632889780 though it is not specifically for Clio, alternative OEM is Bosch 0986280471 and Delphi SS10890. Hope this helps!
