5 GT Turbo Coilover spring rate

Can anyone recommend coilover spring rates for a Gt with a F7R fitted

I am sure @James5 ran 300ibft springs , but with a f4r engine.

Just out of interest James is that 400 all round, or slightly firmer on the rear?

at front I ended up with Avo gtz coilovers as I wanted the slammed look as well and they allowed for maximum adjustment at the rear was just Spax adjustable dampers set pretty stiff car handled very very well be it hard
