clutch: valeo vs sach?

Need to buy a new clutch does anybody have any prefrences? Sachs is a replacement of the valeo green box clutch but is cheaper?

Valeo all day long for a mildly tuned gtt. Sachs ok with standard engine. The clamping force is lower on the sachs pressure plate so not too good for lots of power.

Im running standard boost but I think I might just spend the extra 15quid, on my past two 5s I have had valeo! But thanks for the advice brigsy!

Looks like I'm in the market for a Valeo clutch kit too. Spoke to a guy from LK Performance
about this Valeo kit for £107 which has a very different part # to the 009312 I was quoted,
to ask what the difference was. Turns out he was able to match Mr. Auto who have them
at £89.50; does anyone have a better source?

As an aside, I asked if he had stock, and was told they have a direct line to Valeo and get
next day delivery. Seems like it may be worth enquiring if they could be a source for Valeo
Radiators too.

Im getting mine from mike at gttspares as I am buying a flywheel aswell!
