Clutch........

Mate,

I bought a genuine Renault/Valeo clutch from German Swedish & French for ?79.99 all in. Even came in a Renault box.

As for how hard, I was once shite scared of em, but having seen em done its not too bad. Engine out is probably a better method if your on the street. I reckon 4hrs and you'll be driving again.

Clutch

Got a quadra coming for one tomorrow, I usually plan on a day to do one allowing for any 'situations' that arise.
If you're worried about it book it in to Renault Coventry

That was my quadra which went to Dave's on saturday. The clutch went in no problem :D , It was the sodding hydrloics which were the nightmare  .

Trust Renault to put a non-bleedable system in.

Clutch

Well, engine out, clutch fitted and engine in no problems till the bloody hydraulics went tits up!!

Master had been previously messed with, we had to bleed the unbleedable system  and modify the actuating rod but worked spot on so its all good.

 but :)
