Clio Rsi to valver conversion

I know this question has may have been asked a thousand times before but i need a definate answer.
my car is a 1996 N reg Rsi.
What is needed? Engine loom and ecu?

another worry i have is that my key does not have an immobiliser..and if i go for a phase 2 valver loom this will need 1?

and whats different between doing a valver and williams conversion?

the immobiliser thing, i expect u will get told to use a phase1 ecu

thats what i was thinking but doesnt sound right to me, surely mine should be phase 2?

If you can, source a phase 2 valver engine/loom and use it with phase 1 ecu.

All should be plug and play.
