Was delighted to be tagged into this photo! Not too long now until she's back on the road!

Probably Iain...More entertaining than the M3, and i love the attention it gets in the Ring carpark! People were walking by the GT3's etc and stopping for the Clio. Funny!

Less than a month now till she's on the road! Hopefully it goes okay...Been off the road since Dec-12

Fanatastic picture, one of the best I've seen, I would love to go around the ring in the clio at some point. :race:

Any good advice for us potential first timers? :approve:

Check the car over thoroughly - No Brainer
Accept that there is ALWAYS somebody quicker than you on track. Even when you're doing 140+
Enjoy. You're there for the experience, not the lap times, if that's your bag, go to the dedicated trackdays and take a bonefide trackcar!
I've done a few laps, they are on YouTube if you search for Ajrmotorsport

Looking great Ali. If it was mine I'd have that picture blown up and on a wall somewhere. :approve: 8)

Interested to see which way the ring will head now that it's under new ownership...

Bit o/t but you seem keen to track your Vee Matt. I've got a trackday voucher that I need to use and am swinging between taking the MPS or the Vee. Whichever car I choose it'll be at Bedford as it's a beginners track with nothing to hit. If I choose the Vee, you up for coming along with yours? Safety in numbers and all that!! lol Dates/time is flexible as voucher runs out in November I think.

Yep, I do fancy a few laps to check out the handeling, I have a feeling if I try too hard on the road to understand the car properly then I may regret it! :race:

At the moment I'm never in the Uk so I come on here to get my V6 fix.

I will be back at the end of May, maybe for the whole summer so if you can wait that long then it would be great to go as a pair. :approve:

Your not using me as a clio v6 shield though

That might just work then. I was thinking July/August time so there's the smallest opportunity of rain. I'll dig out the voucher tonight and see what it says.

We can drive around in formation merrily missing apexes and making up our own driving lines.

Sounds like my kind of track day, let me know after you have checked and we can work on a day :approve:

Think Nas will bring his out of retirement for it as well. 3 vees on track outside of an official club event!! Must be some sort of record [smilie=yay.gif]
