CD changer error

Hello,

when, during drive, swaping between discs the cd changer just stopped working and the dash display just said error followed by no disc. I stopped the car and tried to get the cd cassette out but it wouldnt move.

Is there some way to get the cassette out manually or is there some kind of reset button for the changer so that it can be manovered from the stereo again? Ive tried browsing the manual but not found anything on this problem.

Maybe disconnecting the battery or something might work?

Hi i had the same problem the green eject button didnt work, So very carefully use a flat screwdriver and prise the cassette on the bottom or side while pressing the eject on the changer. this sorted mine . hope this helps
