Bonnet Lining

Hi, I am looking into getting a new bonnet lining for the vee as mine is starting to wear out.

Does anybody know the part number for this item? Can't seem to find any info in the parts list.

Also, is this part easy to get?

It doesn't seem to be in the v6 parts catalogue. I looked up Clio 182 (I expect it's the same bonnet?)
