Saw this go through today at the first Bonhams MPH auction at Bicester Heritage. Hammer price was £33k, with commission at 12.5% and VAT on the commission brings the final price of £37125. I spoke to the guy who bought it, nice chap, first Clio V6 and it’s now off to southern Ireland! Quite scruffy, needs a full repaint. The front bumper has been painted, they didn’t even take the number plate off to paint it!

So, it sold for below its guide price of £35-50K, but I guess, given its condition, a more than fair price before commission.
