BMC Filter from Ktec?

Anyone got one of these fitted? do they actually "work" as induction kits etc etc on the williams were a complete waste of time.

Any sort of gains, or is it more of a case of a louder noise

If not a BMC, are the viper kits any better (also from ktec)...

Ideally, im looking at exhaust, filter, and then eventually a remap for the V6, and that will be all i do... so wondering if this is a worth while upgrade.

i have a k-tec and a piper X viper fitted and i can honestly say..the noise is unreal, the viper emphasises that whistling noise you get and the roar at 5k+ will make you wet yourself!!

yeh.. im just wondering if the viper is worth the extra 50 quid over the bmc?

i run a pair of bmc - much better quality than piper

well if the quality is higher i will go for the BMC without a doubt...

i have heard goods things about then - especially on 172's and the likes.

i fitted the BMC filter before the janspeed system and to be quite honest the filter made the most difference especially after 5k, it seemed to rev out better and longer oh and the noise is fantastic at 5k onwards.

Got them all on (BMC, Ktec rear silencer, DMS custom ecu)
Car is fantastic to drive & the best noise is the bmc :smt003
