Well I go through lots of this stuff and it comes to my door. Prices are from memory I could check my books but that means moving from my comfy seat.
Rags, usually good, sometimes you get a bag with womens tops covered in sequins so no use. 14 quid for a 10kg bag. 7/10
Blue roll, 6 pack, not the most absorbant but does the job. Leaves small fibres so carefull with engine work etc. 13 quid iirc 8/10
BCE (brake clutch and electrical cleaner), I buy the 5l metal tin, I go through this quick but it is good. 16 quid a tin iirc 8/10
Plus 10, about 15 quid for 5 litres. I use this as it breaks down in water, as a degreaser its ok for a non solvant. I use it a lot. It does however remove skin. I use it neat. 8/10
TFR, I use this a whole lot. I go through about 20 litres a month at least. Again its meant to be watered down, but tbh I use it neat. about 20 quid for 20 litres. 9/10
Mechoil, basically a better wd-40. Good for drilling and tapping. I buy the 5 litre tins, last a couple of months anyway. About 20 quid for 5 litres. It's not a penetrant but as a general light oil for things its good. I use it for oiling down engine parts to prevent rust and also on my tyre machines bed to keep away rust. Its an ok cleaner for oily things too. 8/10
G101, this is really good, again meant to be watered down but I usually use it neat. It cleans everything. Everything. 5 litre tub is about 12 quid. 9.5/10
Smart wheels I think, the brown liquid, its very good. So good it lifts paint off alloys with ease. Go carefully but it removes old brake dust etc very well. Around £15 for 5 litres.
Spray bottles. 20 odd quid for the 1 litre solvent ones, They are expensive but do last. Just hard to swallow the cost. I have 3 for tfr, plus 10 and bce. 7/10
the cheap 2.50 spray bottles are rubbish. 1/10
Alloy wheel brush. £8 for this. I thought rip off but its abused a lot by me and not lost a single bristle, worth the money 9/10
