Anyone know this V6, any info would be appreciated

Hi

I am still after a v6 and spotted this one on ebay and wondered if anyone had any info on the car, just want to check it is not a story car, i.e never been crashed or any other problems with it. Any info is much appreciated. The history seems good with a recent cambelt
Not too keen on the wheels, vents and spoiler in black would like to put it back to standard colours but i suppose provided its all ok i dont that would be an issue.

The car is on the Renault main database so that's a good start.

Nothing much in our register can be a good thing, there was a recent change to it's known plaque number, but that is all to report. If you're serious about this Vee ask for a pic of the plaque just to be sure on that point. Obviously get an HPi check done.

Hi thanks for the link much appreciated, think its probably not for me as the door not shutting is a concern for me along with the paint not being great. I know i am a little fussy. I will keep looking thanks for all the help.
Having looked on "howmanyleft.com" i dont understand where all the cars are hiding is it just the case that people buy them and then sorn them and store them away as there are quite a few left but very few for sale.....

Howmanyleft.com reckons theres 99 phase ones on the road in the UK. I think theres more like 150-200, id imagine quite a few are sorn to explain the difference in numbers.

Theres about 15 for sale currently, i make that about 8% of the Uk cars (15% of the total according to H.M.L). So percentage wise, theres quite alot for sale.

There just isnt that many v6s and you do have to wait a while for the right car at the price you want to pay. Hang in there!! :approve:
