AIR INDUCTION FILTER

Dear friends,

First of all, sorry about my english, I m from spain.
I have a Clio v6 mk2, and the next agoust it was 4 years old, and I want to replace the air filter by an induction kit. I heard about pipercross evo, bmc and green (the last one I think is universal kit). What do you recomend me? Can I mount by myself?

Hello,

I have an Evo Viper. Many other owners have BMC. Both of these seem to be very good.

For best results, make sure all hoses are securely fastened.

I have the EVO, sounds real good. And the car pulls a little better at higher revs.

I lost 1.1bhp with my Pipercross! but was a different day in all fairness! But for the noise, i could of lost 10brake and i'd still keep it!

You may have lost 1.1bhp but probably gained 1.1bhp/ton when the heavy OEM was removed!

^^^ Quite right. Standand v6 parts can weigh a fair bit. Best just to chuck most of them away.
