Air con

My aircon isn't the most efficient and also coldest system I've come across in a car (i.e it's not the best at keeping a constant temperature especially when the engine is warm and heat is transferred through the bulkhead and into the front of the car) and I just wondered whether this is the norm or whether I need to get it looked at?

Needs a top up of refrigerant, this should cure it.
