Air con re-gassing, in Essex ?

Hi all,

Looking to get the a/c re-gassed as my car was a sweat box yesterday, really uncomfortable in there I've not had it done yet since i've had it (had it for a bit over a year)

Anywhere local to Essex ? Is it a hard job to do on the vee ?

I'd prefer not to to to Kwik fit (shit fit) as I don't like them.

i am going to refill my arco aswell.
a friend of my works in a garage and he wants to know how much gas, olie ect. goes in the system.
i looked it up in the manual, but i can`t find it. [smilie=badpc.gif]

its 0.65 KG and 120 cc oil.
and my airco was leaking, got some new rubber seal rings at renault and now its fine
