air con re gas

Ive put my car in for an air con regas. My concern is when I turn up their just going too scratch their heads! Think I might need to point them in the right direction. So well the hell is it!

The valves are under the bonnet and are under the black cover so they shouldn't have a problem with that. I'm not sure the gas quantity though?

Ill remove the panel and im sure they then will see what their looking for.

Gas capacity for the system is 750g +/-35g
