The time has come to have the belts and other items done so while the weather is even more rubbish than it normally is and while it's SORN and off the road what better time to get it done, i'm just wondering whether to get the cam de- phasers done as they rattle slightly when it starts from cold has anyone had theirs done?
it's going into Motech tomorrow then once that work is done collected and dropped off at the bodyshop for the front bumper to be sprayed and a few other bits so all being well by the time the weather improves I should have a shiny V6 to enjoy in the summer

Good choice Motech,Had mine done there,1st class job too, who is doing the bumper? as were not to far apart im in Burton, Need my bumper repainting Again...

RS Autos in Furness Vale not far from me, they are a small bodyshop been going for years and are meticulous they do a lot of vintage stuff.

Hi mate

I had my belts done at Motec...very good choice pal [cmilie=iconcheers.gif] As for the respray, mine had a full front end respray at BMW chesterfields (Stratstone) They did a cracking job, bonnet and bumpers off (wings stayed on) looks brilliant now. Good price aswell £600 for Bumper, bonnet and 2 wings :race:

Thanks Wayne, nice to hear the positive comments regards Motech looks like it will be in capable hands [smilie=yay.gif]

Picked car up from Motec yesterday, new clutch, belts and pulleys, done a top job asall you guys already know, just dropped it off at the bodyshop now and told them not to rush it so hopefully should be back on the road for the nicer (hopefully) weather in March [smilie=yay.gif]
