looks good man, one cramped engine bay! always wanted a drive in a z, had 4 s bodys in the past. i wonder if the engine from that would go in a 350? hmmmm

Hubba hubba Daz, you know my thoughts on your car .... Droooool, we really do need to have that coffee and talk Z's, im choking to have a sit in it.

if its anything like my old s4 which had a cramped bay, everything turbo related was an engine out job

Uber Retro cool. Lovely car but I would NOT like to work in that engine bay. Where the feck are the Turbo's?
You can see the turbos from underneath, that's about it though lol, I had a slightly loose turbo connection, took me about 4 hours to tighten it!

I know some guys have changed one of the turbos with the engine in place, but it took just as long as taking the engine out.

This Zed is still on it's original turbos, no bad for 21 years and 75k miles, and been running high boost last 25k, had them checked out with a scope last summer, almost perfect nick, also when I got the downpipes changed there was virtually no play in them.

So hopefully last a while yet.

Shame cars aren't built like that anymore.

Been a fan of these for years, went in one of my dads friends when it was new circa 92,very impressive, loved the Mitsubishi GTO as well

Just a wee update on the Zed.

Going in next week for an uprated fuel AEM 320lph fuel pump and 555 injectors.
Then get a Nistune chip soldered into the ECU which then allows it to be fully mapped.

Not sure how much power she will give, but interested to find out.
