A couple under the Plenum chamber and the other on the easy side. After, reset the codes with the sealey EOBD reader and then the car wouldnt rev. The throttle sensor was faulty according to the reader. Unplugged various connectors and blew them free of dust and then...hey presto it works again.
By the way this is the first time I have ever changed a coil and it was all pretty easy. Good tip for feeing the engine covers....place the right size torx bit into a cordless drill and unscrew them that way. Had the covers off in a few minutes.
