Oh dear...

So dropped the V off to have the front re-sprayed to rid it of the stone chips. The oh dear comes because that was nearly 3 weeks ago... Since then Ive had all four wheels acid dipped and re-coated, there was apparently about 5 layers of paint on the front - seems each owner had it sprayed for stone chips.. A new set of wheel bolts, foglight washers, and repainted the wing mirrors.

New Falcan 452's for the fronts next week.

My V chequebook is now CLOSED, everything is perfect mechanically and aesthetically....
Once i'm back ill give her a full buff, polish, hardcoat and wax then put in the garage for the wet over winter...

*PS so very exited to be collecting her tomorrow!
Many thanks to Scott and his excellent service (despite persuading me to part with a few coins more for the sake of 'perfection' ;) )

pps if yours has had ??? how many re coats for stone chipped bumper, it would seem experience would show its worth the extra money having it stripped bare and starting back from scratch again.
