Few weeks ago I was contacted by Ian to carry out work on his car, I couldn’t refuse as I love these cars and it was nice to be working on somebody else’s and a used one not a garage queen :rofl:
As soon as I drove it I knew there was a problem with the abs pulsating through the brake pedal, on inspection I found that the n/s/r abs sensor wasn’t sitting flush to the bracket so couldn’t pick up the target teeth. This was rectified.
A major Service was carried out including Cambelt kit, water pump, alternator belt kit, hydraulic slave cylinder, rear pads and obviously all fluids and filters.
The car is in extremely good condition and a credit to Ian keeping it like it. The car left with 12months MOT.
