I remember this car being for sale not long ago (as the spokes look blue), the photos are identical to the ones used for the previous sale.

This is 100% scam as I reported one to pistonheads this time last year before I bought mine.....funny enough it too included a seller in Germany. All money transfers will be through MoneyGram which means you bassicaly wave good bye to your hard earned and never hear a word again.
