fuego turbo

Looking for some carb advice, Fuego shares same solex carb as GT, but has a 3rd enrichment jet or at least i think it does?. Car has a flat spot / hesitation around 3000 rpm, power through it and its fine as is the idle etc. So far, i have checked accelerator pump, cleaned main jet, new plugs...
