    So what's this worth?

The ecu isnt worth massive money. £1500 is too much, you could go for a decent standalone ecu and a tierney inlet for less than that. A realistic price would be £500 for the lot

MT does the inlet for around £350
ECU from Adaptronic from Scoff is around £600
Injectors + Ancillary costs required mind

Imagine trying to find somebody to write another chip for the clio ecu in the uk. I think you would struggle - resulting in an ign/fuel curve less than optimum.

I know a couple of places that can do them like - well they can do the newer stuff compared to this ecu. Can [email protected] flash them?? no obd port on this bad boy lol i imagine it will be ecu apart - bit like the old cossie ecu's

Henk is still floating about somewhere, but its a hell of trek from the uk

Yep - Paul can do them with a jig ..

Henk is working , but you wont see him. Everything is remote now.

One thing with these old ecu's is no closed loop fuelling control or nowt. I bet the map resolution is pants lol

I wonder if i could whack a megane or clio ecu on a c1j and Paul could map out some functions etc & map it to suit. Cheapo ecu setup :)

Still going to be a throttle by cable not a FBW though . Wonder how that would cope ?

Why on earth would you try to run any oe ecu on it while you can have a fully functioning standalone system for £300?

Map resolution on the Renix is only 9x12 iirc maybe even less.

To get it up and running. Thats why.

And also , if it works. It works. The Meg is more than happy running 600+ BHP on OE management. Cant see why it wouldnt work on a clio.

Yeah but the problem is to get it to work properly, map it for the new engine etc!

We're talking clio management on a 5gtt here....
